Wont Save Vet Visit Info

This app has all the functionality that I want in a pet app but it wont reliably save vet visit info. I entered the info three times and each time it didnt save it. Fourth time it appeared to save it but then it disappeared. This makes it useless and a waste of $5. Please fix!
